Payment failure with error code

  • Hi,

    We’re having some issues with Mollie payments on one of our webshops.

    Orders fail with this error code Order contains Mollie payment method, but not a valid Mollie Order ID

    Is there a common fix for this error?

    Hi @keeslamper,

    This order note could occur for various reasons, but is usually not directly related to failing payments. So this note can also occur on successful orders, for example.
    But to better understand what could be causing these failed orders, we are interested in your Mollie log files and a copy of your WooCommerce system report.
