    Hi!

    Looking for Payment gataway Filter like others filters (shipping etc) but there is not!!!

    Payments filters is very important especially if a shop uses COD (cash on Delivery) with fees.

    In my case i use COD and the cost of it, appears as a sale (becouse it’s included in the order but appears summed with the items on the admin statistics) so statistics are complete wrongs with wrong net sales etc

    Any solution?

    Thanks so much for your feedback on the WooCommerce Admin filters! As you’ve found, this filter doesn’t exist at this time.

    I’d like to understand the COD issue a bit better to see if there is actually an issue with how COD is being handled by WC Admin.

    Would you mind giving me exact steps on how to pull the specific report you are working with, and where and how you’re seeing COD reported in a way that doesn’t work for your store?

    In most cases COD has an extra fee. For the time being for me, this fee is included in income (as a sell of product) and this provides fault net sales on reports

    Hi @headplus – We currently have an open issue for filtering reports based on payment method: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin/issues/5625

    As far as filtering out the “fee” you charge for COD, how are you doing that? Core doesn’t include this functionality, so I’m curious where you’re setting this fee that you want Admin reports to recognize: https://d.pr/i/m0dQ7X

    Sorry for the delay here @headplus – thanks for linking us to that.
    Definitely not something on the books or possible now, but could likely be added via a customization.
