Payment for creating a post?

    Basically I need to build a post editor where user will get option to pay according to the two options he will get.

    If he pay like $19.99 dollars than post will be featured
    if he pay like $6.99 dollars than post will be displays as normal post.

    How do I add payment option to post editor page? How do I add above two options?
