Payment for PRO version

    I paid $59 for the PRO version on august 27, and I haven’t received any email or contact from you. I also wrote in your fb page, but you don’t answer. You do not provide phone number or address, and I’m very confusing and disappointed about your support. I need help to receive the product that I paid for.

    Hi Felipe, we are sorry that you haven’t received emails from us but we did reply to you on the 28th of August when received your email. Can you contact us via other email, not hotmail if you have.
    We have also just sent you the plugin via Facebook, please check your messages and confirm if you have downloaded it successfully.

    No, Im not receiving any of the emails you mentioned or the plugin via Facebook. Please if you don’t send emails to hotmail, please use: [email protected]
    I’ll like to receive the PRO version, but I’m still waiting. Thank you.
