• I hope that you can help with this. We have used the plugin with success until recently. Now a form that worked before will not work now. I have reset the info a couple of times and now I cannot get it to work at all. When it was working intermittently it would get to the PayPal page after I reset the form but on every attempt afterward it would ask for login credentials.
The login page that is requesting the credentials is because the WordPress installation is in a password protected directory. However, other PayPal forms on the site still work withiut any problem.
This is the current form that does not work and it keeps teling me that it is not filled out properly, so that is also an issue.

  • I also get a login message on the chocolate fundraiser page.

So this looks like an access problem, not something I can fix.

If you remove the password protection does the form work?

Note also that the plugin needs access to ajax which wordpress has hidden in the wp-admin folder. If this is blocked the form won’t work.
