Payment form not rendered

  • I installed the plugin then under the payment tab of WordPress sittings I filled up the payment credentials that I received from the bank (MPGS URL, Merchant ID, and Authentication password).

    The payment component appeared in my e-commerce but without the form that collects the card’s info. I mean I can see the icon, title, and description, but I can’t see the text field that requires the card info.

    By the way I am using API version 66 and the checkout integration is payment page. I also activated the plugin from the plug-ins page and from the payment methods page (MPGS is the only method that I activated in payment methods page).
