    Hello.

I started a website where I will sell my own logos but other vendors will sell as well. I am a graphic designer, but not very knowledgeable about payment gateways, receiving payments and distributing to vendors, as this is my first non ads classified website and has to have payment gateway included.

Here is what I want my payment gateway to be able to do:
    1) Receive payments via paypal (if possible via credit card payments as well)
    2) A way for those payments to distribute them to my vendors with my commission staying with me.

    For example:
Vendor A has sold a logo for 300 USD. My commission is 10%, which should be deducted either manually or automatically. Now I want to pay out my vendors manually on 23rd of every month. So, on 23rd I want to send payments that I have received, to my vendors to their Paypal accounts and keep the commission.

Now, what payment gateway is the best for this ?
What are the options out there ? I noticed there are many options but not sure which one is the best for me and I don’t want to get it wrong.

My website is using Dokan plugin lite, would it be best to have Dokan pro? Would I be able to accept credit cards as well? Is it better to use some other payment gateway instead of Dokan pro feature ?

Is there a way the funds are all held in one place without going to my paypal account ? So I can send funds from one place to all my vendors to their Paypal and only transfer my commission to my Paypal account, without funds entering my paypal in the first place.

    Thank You all for help!
I have 2500 logos and my store is almost ready, except this payment setting.

    Again, thanks in advance!

  • Hi @haruns1995,

There have two types of payment methods in Dokan. One is adaptive, and the other is non-adaptive.

By default, the adaptive payment methods are unavailable in Dokan Lite. That is a premium feature of Dokan.

As per the forum rules, we’re unable to discuss PRO features here. If you’ve any queries related to the premium features of Dokan, you can contact us through the proper channel.

However, if you use a non-adaptive payment method on your site, then when a customer makes an order, the total order amount will go to the admin account. Vendors can see their earnings from the vendor frontend dashboard. Admin needs to set a minimum withdrawal limit for submitting a withdrawal request. When a vendor reaches that limit, he/she can send a withdrawal request to the admin. After that, the admin needs to approve the request and send vendor earnings manually to the respective withdrawal request account via?PayPal?or?Bank Transfer. That means, in the non-adaptive payment method, all processes will be done manually.

    Thank you!
