    Hi !
    I’ve a new problem with POS.
    I have activated 2 gateway on settings (pos_cash & pos-epd) but on frontend, it’s not the good gateway who appears, i’ve got cash but the second is Stripe.
    i test many settings but always the same result ??

  • We suspect the local browser cache is not updating the Gateway settings for the POS. Let’s follow these steps.

    Go to POS > Settings > Gateway. Enable the Gateways you’d like to use in the POS payment screen. Click Save Changes. Now load the POS Station.

    After the POS Station loads, navigate to POS Menu > Support. Scroll down, click Clear Data and Force Sync the Gateways settings of the POS. As shown in this quick video: https://www.loom.com/share/053db9d1d2e4428d8995d438cf3dd81d.

    This should clear the cache and load all the Gateways you have enabled on the payment screen of the POS
