Payment gateway broken for several days

Hi,
I’ve been unable to process payments now for several days.
I raised a ticket and got an almost instant request for my login details. Thank you for this. A really fast response.
But that was three days ago and I’ve heard nothing since.
I am unable to process payments so I am losing a lot of income.
My customers are furious with me for being unable to take their orders.
The weekend is about to start. 80% of my trade is on Friday and Saturday so I’m about to incur catastrophic loses in income and customer goodwill.
