Payment Gateway Changed by itself

We just noticed that all orders are going through PayPal now instead of through Credit Card using Mijireh and Stripe Gateway. I had our Gateway setup with Mijireh and Stripe and it worked fine now for a few years or so. I went into settings, and Mifireh is no longer available, but it shows Simplify commerce.
The only thing I can figure is that we recently updated to the newest version of WordPress. I am not sure what to do here. Our Paypal option still works, but I liked having the option for our customers to pay directly with a credit card instead of having to go through the confusion of PayPal.
Does anyone know what is going on here, Should I go ahead and try to start using Simplify commerce now or can I continue to use Mijireh. any help is much appreciated.
