    Hi we use
    https://www.paymentsense.co.uk/

    We found that when your plugin was installed it caused the incorrect order id to be sent to their service for processing and subsequently sent back. The sequential number was sent instead of the true order id.

    This is a shame as we have used your plugin in the past but were unable to do so with this payment gateway. I have also informed payment sense about it. Not sure which plugin is culpable.
