    Hi there,

since the last Update there is appearing a Payment Gateway Position within the order. As many of the Stores have a automatic solution to transfer the Orders to another Software for Logistic and other purposes in my case its billbee there is a problem by picking up the order from that software. Cause the 0 € Position is also transferred but has no SKU or Stock. That ends in the whole Position including the Product is not send in the End.

So it may be possible if the Gateway fee isn’t activated please just deactivate it completely instead of putting a 0 € position through the order.

    Hi @maxgaar,

The gateway fee should only be displayed in the WooCommerce order when the fee setting is enabled for the gateway.

I can reproduce this particular behavior only by enabling the fee for the PayPal gateway, but then setting it to €0.
In that case, the zero amount fee is printed in the order. But when the fee is disabled, it should also not be mentioned on the Checkout page or the WooCommerce order.

Can you please check that the gateway fee is entirely disabled for the PayPal gateway?
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi @maxgaar

    Thanks for the feedback.
Our team is actively investigating the cause of this behavior. We haven’t been able to replicate the issue yet, but as a workaround, you can try reverting to the previous version 7.3.4. This is because reports of this behavior only started coming in after the 7.3.5 update.

If you do try this, please let us know the outcome. Your feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

The team managed to reproduce the behavior. It appears to only occur when a Mollie payment is started, then cancelled, and then another Mollie payment via Mollie is completed.

The upcoming update is already locked down, but this behavior should be fixed in the following version.

But as we have not heard back from you in a while, I’m marking this thread as resolved.
Hopefully, you were able to proceed as advised above.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reopen this topic or create a new one. Thanks!
