payment gateway not available

  • Hi

    I have 2 payment gateways enabled and available on the checkout page.

    When FOX currency switcher is enabled, Viva Wallet payment gateway option is not showing up at all.
    PayPal on the other hand is showing up fine.

    Is there a setting for this that I am missing? ..something that enables payment options accordingly?
    Or it sounds like a plugin conflict?

    Please advise

    Actually ..Viva Wallet gets disabled automatically when I enable FOX, quoting the following:

    Gateway Disabled: Vivawallet does not support your store currency.

    Could you advise how to configure it properly so it works fine with both payment options?

    Also ..even though PayPal appears as a payment option in checkout ..there is no button to place order!

    Of course when I disable FOX ..it all goes back to normal.

    UPDATE

    Ajax/js PayPal buttons fail to load when FOX is enabled.
    PayPal button appears if it is configured to use the default ‘Order Now/Place Order’ button.
    ‘Order now’ button is shown but it does not work – when clicked it does not open up a new window to proceed with the payment.

    Viva Wallet does not support payments in USD, this is why it does not appear in checkout.

    If your payment system does not support your currency, we cannot do anything.
