Payment ID does not show in email

    When I include the [charitable_email show=gateway_transaction_id] in the donation receipt email, the payment ID is blank. Is there possibly a typo in the shortcode?

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The shortcode looks fine. If you view the donation in the admin, do you see the gateway transaction ID in the “Donation Details” meta box?
