How to fix currency issue (customer buys .sk in EUR and the delivery to Czech Republik where the order demands order value in CZK (can’t fix manually or automatically). Could you convert automatically using some standard rate to destination currency?

    Hello @rudolfgustav,
in general, Packeta requires the order currency to be either the currency of the destination country, or a currency you have set up conversions for in the client section . So if you can change it, you can set the conversion to CZ to be in EUR, which would allow you to send the parcel data.

However the options for the currency setup may be limited according to country the account is created under.

In the future we plan on adding a conversions option directly in the plugin, however the release date of this feature is unknown at the moment.

    Best regards,

Thank you for the response. As I understood, if the currencly conversion is on, so for example the COD payments then would be converted from your side, then it works? Or it is seperate option from the payment part?

    Hello @rudolfgustav,
as mentioned in the answer before, all countries support parcels in the currency of the country, the conversions in the client account are basically a setting which allows you to use one more currency for each of these countries.

There is no direct currency conversion here, it only allows you to send parcel data with the currency set in the conversions, along with the currency of the destination country.

If anything is still unclear, please let me know, or write to us at [email protected] and we can arrange a call to clear everything up.

    Best regards,
