Payment info not in gateway

  • Hi,
    I am using the free version for Annual Subscriptions and the 1st renewal is coming up soon.
    When I check the customer on the Stripe gateway, I cannot see any Payment method associated with the customer.
    Does the plug in store the Payment method separately?
    Will the plugin still be able to charge the renewal without that information in Stripe?
    I do need to know this ASAP so I can communicate with the customer in advance of the renewal.

    Hello there,
    the free version is only integrated with PayPal standard. If the subscription has been paid with another gateway the renew will not charged automatically.
