I recommend testing this on a staging site where you can reproduce the error. On the staging site, you could perform a conflict test by disabling plugins one by one to see if the issue resolves.
It’s unlikely that this issue is with the plugin itself, as similar reports do happen occasionally but are not widespread. As a last step, consider reaching out to your hosting provider, as they may be able to identify any server-level conflicts.
Also, re-onboarding the plugin might help resolve the issue, so I suggest starting with that as well.
