    I have a problem with I suspect related to the plugin. In some cases the payment is done (showing on sumup dashboard) but no order is generated in woocommerce.

    How can I try to solve the issue or find more info about it?

    SumUp only has control over the payment gateway in WooCommerce. Thus, if an order is not generated on their side, but it is successfully taken on SumUp’s side showing in your dashboard, then we recommend contacting WooCommerce support team directly, as they might need to assist you on what to do in their platform.

    I had the same problem; apparently this happens when the customer creates an account from the checkout page.
    The patch to solve the problem is to go to the woocommerce settings and disable the “disable create account in checkout” option.

    I found here tickets from 3 years ago that report the proble to SumUp but apparently they haven’t solved it yet.
