    Good afternoon, some of our clients have been having issues with the payment section. Link to a screen shot below, basically a message that says

    “We weren’t able to add this card. Check all the details are correct and try again or try a different card”

    Is there some limit on what kind of cards are supported by Forminator?

    Hi @mercilesss

    I hope you are doing well today.

    There could be multiple reasons here of this error.

    It is possible that the card owner might have entered incorrect card information or the name on the card and the name on the PayPal account might differ. However, this error usually occurs when there is an issue with the funding?source.

    In general, this is not a plugin issue as the PayPal iframe at the end of the form is a separate integration and PayPal is responsible for that error message.

    I would suggest asking those card owners in the first place about funding and did they placed the correct data.
