Payment issue! Money not Debited on direct payment button on Mobile devices

I hope you’re doing well,
I’ve been your plugin QR code payment gateway. I have an issue with that plugin. Users can able to make payments through a QR code scan but whenever users try to click on any mobile UPI apps on the checkout page on mobile devices and try to make a payment it says money not debited from their bank account. Please look at the issue.
