    Hello, I just configured the Paypal button, and refresh my page where the shortcode is installed.

    I made a test to book a seat, but I have no payement step. I can book the seat without any payement.

    What am I doing wrong?

    I tried with Stripe and now I have always “Error updating settings”

    Are you using latest plugin version?
    Payment options are available on “booking status page” For example I made a test booking:
    https://resa.e-danses-marseille.com/?seatreg=booking-status&registration=8d8e0be1f6&id=67972065cfd32dfb14cc21bfbda7a181ec3828ad
    and now I can pay for the seat.
    Do you have access to server error logs? It might give some info why updating settings wont work.

    Hello, thanks for the reply.

    I updated and still have the error when I try to save the settings.

    How did you do to hav the payment page.
    When I test the plugin, I can book a place, or 2, 3… 15 max, then I must click on the blue button “Reserver” in order to give my name, last name, email, telephone, then I need to press the green button “Réserver”, and then I expected to have the payement page, but the plugin say to me that my seats are booked, and that’s it.

    I’m sorry but I don’t understand how it’s work, english is not my first language. I thought that by checking the Paypal box and entering the Paypal button ID and the Paypal email it would automatically start the payment

    By default when you make a booking the booking status link will be sent via email. In that status page you have info about the booking and payment buttons if enabled.

    I finally restart from the beginning and it’s working fine now.
