    Hi all, hope you are well.
    I am having some issues at checkout with Woo. I get : “An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.”

    I only have 1 payment method which is Visa (cybersource) and all keys has been added correctly. Any ideas why this is the case ?

    I followed the thread HERE and I tried the fixes mentioned but no avail.

    Thanks for clarifying about the payment gateway that you’re using. The thread you referenced is for the WooCommerce Square plugin, which is different from CyberSource. Thus:
