    1. I have enabled Cash on Delivery but this option is not appearing on Checkout.

    2. On the Checkout page (Stripe set to Live) the Credit Card icon are enlarged and I don’t get an input form for the card and CVV – this is fine when Stripe is in Test mode.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

These things are part of WooCommerce and not handled by Food Store in any way. You need to search for solutions on google regarding such. Or you can take help of WordPress Developer to help you out on these.

You can ask you queries on same ticket, or contact us at [email protected] for continuous communication. Creating multiple tickets is not really necessary.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Thanks for the advice.

One other thing, I have ticked the ‘Enable Order Notification’ box but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything – is there anything else I need to do?

    Hello,

Please check if the notifications for your website is enabled on your browser or not. Once allowed it will start sending notification when any new order is received.

See this article to allow notifications on chrome.

    Regards.

Thank you for your prompt response – do I need to be logged into the Sites WP Dashboard for notifications to send? If so, will they still work when the logon times out?

    Hello,

You need to be logged in as Administrator to see the new order notification. Once the login times out there will be no more notification. As the notifications are intended only for the admin or moderator to see, they won’t work after someone logs out.

    Regards,
