I have 3 payment methods (stripe, coinbase, paypal) active in my woo commerce payments manager and during checkout the options are there but they are squashed together and overlapping inside the payment box (clickable but not readable).

Also noticed that I am unable to edit / manage paypal payment settings in woo commerce settings while fluid is active – the save changes button will not work. The workaround I found was to deactivate fluid, edit settings, then reactivate.

    Besides those two issues, the plugin is great;
Thank you in advance for any help!

    Hello Vsonacci,

    – Theme and plugins being used.
    – The link to a screenshot of the error.

Also, your link is currently not working, could you check?

    Hi Luiggi,

    THEME

as far as plugins – I deactivated all plugins associated with the checkout page to see if there was any conflicts and had no success –

settings, these are the checkout options I have checked at the moment but also tried to toggle each one on and off to see if it would resolve but did not work:

    checked:
hide optional fields behind a link button
    made “add” link buttons lowercase
    billing adderess same as shipping
show coupon codes as a substep
    enable express checkout

ordner notes = optional and shipping options are hidden

    Hi @vsonacci,

    Thanks for sending the screenshot.

    1. This looks like an incompatibility with the theme so it is really important that we know which theme you are using.

    2. Which plugin you are using for PayPal? Currently, we only support the native WooCommerce PayPal connection and the plugins
“WooCommerce PayPal Payments” and “WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway”.

We have not tested Fluid Checkout with other PayPal plugins.

Please keep in mind that without more detailed information we won’t be able to help.

    Diego

also it is not a paypal issue – I have deactivated paypal and ran with single payment option (stripe) and the result is the same and I am using the approved woocommerce paypal payments plugin you suggested as well

    Hi @vsonacci,

We’ve asked the theme authors for a copy so that we can work on adding the theme compatibility.

I’ll update you once we get a response.

    Hi @vsonacci,

We are discussing with the theme authors about a possible collaboration to tackle this issue.

    I’ll keep you posted.

    Hi @vsonacci,

We did not reach a consensus with the theme authors on how to tackle this, and without access to the theme files, we can’t really do anything to fix the incompatibility.

The theme authors said that checking the option “Disable ajax loading” of their theme on the checkout page could fix the problem:

If it does not work, please contact the theme support team to help you with that.

I’m closing this issue for now. I’m sorry we can’t be of more help this time.

    Best,
    Diego

    Greetings @diegoversiani

truly appreciate your time and efforts on this – my support line with theme authors expired a few weeks ago so I will likely have to renew to reach out to them. Would it be of any help if I purchased a second license asap to figure it out? I had intentions of doing so for a different project so is there some way to make it work?

    Hello Vsonacci,

Sure, that could work, please reach us at support [at] fluidcheckout.com so we can discuss this further.

We will create a different ticket for that there so I will be closing this one.

    Best,
    Luiggi
