• We have a lot of customers with failed Billie payments and it should be possible to change the payment method, at least.

    I tested that: Choose Billie, submit order, get redirected to Billie payment page. I click on “Back” button, see the checkout of the shop for a second with the error “payment failed, choose another method” and get immediately redirected to the same Billie page again.

    It should stay on the checkout page and allow the customer to select a different payment method.

    We have tested, but could not replicate the issue as you have described.

    Could you please confirm what version of the plugin you have installed?

    Could you please test with only WooCommerce and the Mollie Payments plugin installed (i.e. disable all other plugins except these two), and confirm if the issue persists?
