Payment Methods Not showing

Good day!
I have setup multiple payment methods (paypal, postfinance). If the country selected on checkout is same as the store country, all payment methods shows up. But choosing other countries, it will only show Paypal. The other payment methods is not shown anymore.

Any ideas what to do?
