    Hi @carolm29,

    We are encountering “Payment methods require activation in your Stripe dashboard” error.

    Everything looks good on the Stripe account. The payment methods are on, but we still see the attached error.

    We have contacted stripe support, who said this is an integration issue and we should contact Woocommerce support.

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing a detailed description on the issue you’re currently facing.

    Just so we can have a better understanding of the issue, could you please help confirm if the payments are going through regardless of the ‘Activate Stripe’ pop-up in your dashboard?

    You can try this by making an order on your store to see if it will be able to process the payment.

    No, we are not able to make any purchases. When we click add to cart, it redirects us to white page?

    Hi @farahiyo,

    Thanks for confirming this with us.

    As a next step, I would recommend, uninstalling the plugin and deleting the plugin from your dashboard. Then you can go ahead and install the plugin a fresh, following the setup wizard. This will help eliminate the message ‘Activate Stripe.’

    Once installed, I recommend testing the payments with test mode. Once you’re able to confirm payments are going through in test mode, you can then change to live mode and start receiving live transactions. More details on how to enable test mode can be found here.
