Payment not being registered in Woocommerce

Hello!

We are having some trouble with our website. When customers place an order, their payment is taken from their account. However, it is set to awaiting payment in Woocommerce, where this code is sent to us: Stripe payment intent created (Payment Intent ID: pi_3KeMwzJs24fDccWD1pCGUWfS)

We need this fixed ASAP, so is there a way for us to fix this ourself?
