    Dear WP Fundraising Donation and Crowdfunding Platform Team,

    Recently, I encountered an issue where, upon making a payment, the system did not redirect me to the success page as expected. Instead, it continuously displayed a “Processing” message. Additionally, the backend of Stripe Test Mode did not show any record of receiving the payment.

    I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Please find below the details of my issue:

    1. Plugin Version: WP Fundraising Donation and Crowdfunding Platform [
      1.6.0      ]
    2. Payment Method: Stripe
    3. Issue Description: Payment not redirecting to success page, continuously showing “Processing” status
    4. Stripe Test Mode Setting: Correctly configured
    5. Stripe Test Mode Backend: No record of receiving the payment

    Thanks for letting us know about the issue. We’ve reproduced the issue on our end. Our Dev team is working on it. Hope it will be solved on our next plugin update release. Stay tuned!

    BTW, as a workaround solution, you can use WooCommerce payment options for the time being.
