Payment option for real physical gift cards – feature request

    Great plugin! I’m working on a site for a company that produces physical electronic gift cards for retail outlets. Would it be possible to add an option to allow gift card numbers that are not created using the plugin? So that a non-registered 19 digit card number could be used when using the gift card payment or part payment option? All that is required is that the gift card number and (part or) payment amount be included in the order.

    You can create a gift card and then change the number once it is created. I am planning to build that into the plugin in a future release. The card number will get sent out once it is created. You can choose to make it so that the information is not sent out and you can send it out later on.
