    G’day Isaac,

    I just retested this with both WooCommerce and WP eCommerce, latest versions. Can you supply some more details so that we can get some hint of what you’re working with please? e.g.

    • which shopping cart plugin?
    • what versions of shopping cart plugin and WordPress?
    • do you have a page caching plugin?
    • can you supply a link to the website?

    Sorted this. Something unrelated to your plugin.

    However, when entering details it thinks that the field is empty?

    https://www.chargebar.com.au is the website.

    Any idea what could be causing this?

    G’day Isaac,

    Your theme is complicating how the card details are accepted. It has changed the normal flow of the WooCommerce checkout, and somehow the fields aren’t being made available to the payment gateway.

    I’ve worked with a few different themes that split up the checkout different ways, and haven’t seen this problem before. Are you able to send me a copy of the theme to play with? If you can, please load it in DropBox or something and send me a link via my support page.
