    Hi @karson2019,

I was unable to replicate the issue on my local site. Orders for second languages are being processed fine.

However, I was able to replicate the issue on the link you shared above. Can you please check once if you are able to replicate the issue with a minimum set of plugins, i.e. WooCommerce, Quotes & WPML. Request you to kindly deactivate the other plugins present on the site and see if the issue is replicated.

If not, please try activating one plugin at a time to find the conflicting plugin.

If the issue is replicated, can you kindly send me the WP admin access and FTP access to a staging/dev site where the issue is replicated. Please send the details to pinalj1612 at gmail dot com.

I’ll have a look at it.

    Thanks,
    Pinal

    Thanks @pinalshah ,

The problem is related to the plugin “WooCommerce Multilingual” developed by WPML.

I have emailed you testing account info.

Thanks again for your great help.

    Best regards,
    Karson

    Hi Karson,

Thanks for sending across the testing account info. I’ve fixed the issue on the site and sent you the details over email.

For anyone else who stumbles upon something similar:

The issue occurs if Quotes setting is not enabled for the products in the second language, then the normal methods for payments will be available at Checkout in the second language. In a scenario where no payment methods are enabled other then ‘Ask for Quotes’, a message stating ‘No payment options are available’ will be displayed.

Please ensure that Quotes setting is enabled for the base language products as well as products translated into the remaining languages as well.
