Payment options

Hello,
after i click on check out and accept payment, it is redirecting to : https://api.payu.in/public/……./cards

but it should be
https://api.payu.in/public/……./paymentoptions

first it is redirecting to cards as payment option and on clicking the back button, rest of the payment options are shown.

is there any way after clicking on checkout, all the payment options should be displayed first, and then let the customer choose instead of forcing for card payment?
i think this is support question, because, i don’t see any configuration or setting that can be set through plugin settings.
