• Hi,

    I have an issue where payment options that I activate doesnt show in the checkout. For example, I have activated MobilePay but that only shows if I activate “Universal Payment Methods”. I have also activated Apple Pay but that doesn’t show at all.

    Apple Pay is showing on your website, here is a screenshot:

    Mobile Pay requires that the customer’s billing country be FI or DK and the store currency must be 'DKK', 'EUR', 'NOK', 'SEK'.

    Many thanks for your quick reply! So must all these four currencies be available? Or just one? Because the entire shop is in SEK right now and I could see the MobilePay option when I had Universal Payment Methods activated, even when the shipping country was Sweden. I have checked the site via a VPN in Denmark and Mobilepay doesnt show.

    When it comes to Apple Pay, that is super strange. I have checked the website both logged in and not logged in, in different browsers and devices. I can’t see it at all.

    Per the plugin documentation you must use Safari and an Apple Device that has a payment method saved in the Apple Wallet.

    Just one. However, when reviewing your checkout page I didn’t see that you had Mobile Pay enabled at all. I’d double-check that you have it enabled in the WooCommerce > Settings > Payments page. If you’re using a currency plugin, make sure you register the payment methods with the currency plugin.
