Great thanks – do you know why when its in woo commerce that it keeps saying processing on the orders even know the payment has been received?

That’s the status that should be shown once the payment is received. There is nothing wrong. You need to mark it as completed once you shipped the products/

Hi, thanks for that, some of the orders are coming through as ‘pending payment’ even though the payment has been received through worldpay?
