Sorry, it isn’t quite clear from the above, but once you click on the above page you then need to click “Book now” to see what I am having the issue with,

    Thanks,

    Hi there,
there seems to be a problem with mixed content on your page. Stripe requires fully working https site to process the payment.

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://popstarperformers.co.uk/holiday-workshop-payment-page/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure element ‘https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/PSP_Logo_favicon.png’

Please fix that insecure asset and try the checkout again.
Let me know if this fixes the issue.

If it still doesn’t work after fixing the above issue, try disabling the coupons and see if it helps.

    Hey !

    Thanks for your reply.
When I look fort that asset on my site it is already showing as https (!!)
I have attached a screenshot to show you.

Also; I have been using your plugin for like a year with no issues?

    The coupons are already disabled.

Please let me know your thoughts.

    Thanks so much,
    Claire x

P.S. Don’t seem to be able to upload screenshot, but 100% says that PSP Logo Favicon is in the system as an https file.

    Hi Claire.

Check this page to see that it still shows “insecure content” error – https://www.whynopadlock.com/results/eff885f9-5b5d-4075-a16a-6799037fe1fd

But it appears that this is not the only (or, at least, the main) reason why payment popup isn’t showing. Looks like there are some issues with variations. Can you tell me how you duplicated your product? Is there a plugin that you were using? I want to try to replicate this on my test server to possibly see what is causing the issue.

    Thanks Alex.
I duplicated with the ‘duplicate page’ plugin which just shows a ‘duplicate button under each product.
I deleted some variations though so maybe it is that?

Let me try to replicate this and get back to you shortly.

Looks like there was an issue in the code related to invalid variations re-indexing, which was making payment popup failed to load.

This is now fixed in current testing version. You can get in by going to your WP Dashboard, Stripe Payments -> Settings and look for “Testing version” on the right hand column.

Let me know if this fixed the issue.

Thanks so much Alex, this is working perfectly now x
