Payment page loading time extremely slow

    Hello,

    I am testing this plugin for our website, and it looks very great so far! We are planning on integrating its affiliate and quote plugins but during our first test, when clicking on “pay this invoice”, the payment page takes about one minute to load. The problem seems to be in the query, not loading the resources:

    I’ve tested with different payment gateway and it seems to occur on every of them

    Do you guys have already experienced this issue? Do you have an idea of where it could come form?

    Hi,

    we are not able to replicate this issue on our test sites.

    Did you try disabling all other plugins momentarily to see if there is a conflict with one of them?

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    I have tried desactivating all plugins, but it didn’t change anything. However I finally identified where it may come from:

    When I click on the “Fill user details” in the billing details panel, the payment page loads very quickly. If I don’t click and write whatever myself, the payment page loads very slowly.

    It may be related to these user informations? Does it make sense to you?

    I guess the solution will be to click this button ??
