Payment page Submit & Checkout button doesn’t do anything

We recommend using the latest versions of Paid Memberships Pro and WordPress, so can you please update to Paid Memberships Pro 2.9, and WordPress 6.0.1, and then let me know if this resolves the problem? If that doesn’t help, please setup Stripe Connect, and let me know if that helps.

Second,the card options like VISA, Mastercard, etc are not showing.

Card options no longer show. Instead a message like the following will appe: We accept all major credit cards

I have Paid Memberships Pro 2.9, and WordPress 6.0.1 installed.

On another website Paid Memberships Pro 2.9 is working nicely. But this website is the prototype website.

The 2 websites are connected to the same STRIPE account in sandbox mode to do the testing.

Dear Michael,

The trouble comes from the fields of the checkout page are not checked before sending the form.
No warning of missing fields message is send.
So it is the validation of the form of the checkout page.

On the other website that is working nicely, when I forget to enter a value for a field, I receive a warning message.

I have exactly the same issue on my website.
Like you,I have installed Paid Memberships Pro 2.9, and WordPress 6.0.1, linked to STRIPE in test mode.

So I asked a friend (he is a developer) to install Paid Memberships Pro 2.9 on his website and to do the tests.

Same as me, when a client click on SUBMIT and CHECK OUT, the page stays the same.
No action.

My friend is looking inside the code to understand what is happening.
I would let you know, as I see, I am not the only one with this kind of trouble.

On the other hand, Paid Memberships Pro 2.9 works perfectly with Elementor Pro Archives.

Thank you for your patience, it seems that you have already moved onto another solution for your membership software.

I would like to take a look at this further for you, I just need to have a look at your checkout page where this issue is happening.

There are a lot of moving parts to the checkout page, having incorrectly set pages (and shortcodes within those pages), Javascript errors on checkout, custom code/fields could be interfering here.

If you have feedback on your findings, and found an issue/bug with Paid Memberships Pro please let me know.

@dylancohen we have worked out an update with the latest version of Paid Memberships Pro that helps fix some custom field form validation when using the User Fields solution and it _may_ be resolved.
