Payment pending but user added to course

I am very sorry to inform you that WooCommerce order autocomplete feature can’t work with the Razorpay. So you need to disable the Automatically Complete WooCommerce Orders option from the Tutor LMS settings.

That feature is already disabled. We have been using Tutor and Razorpay for over a year and the option was turned OFF.

Also, in WooCommerce Orders section, these orders won’t change to “COMPLETED” status. It will stay on “PENDING” status itself but the course will be added to that users account.

The order system completely managed by the payment gateway and WooCommerce. On Tutor LMS enrolled functions check WooCommerce order status, if order status is Completed then user get access. So In that case the payment gateway and WooCommerce can help you to fix the issue.

The problem here is the order status is not completed and still TutorLMS enrolls the user.

woocommerce orders are pending and even so the courses are being released to students.

I’m using woocomerce and the Mercadopago gateway.

This kind of issue happened with some payment gateway. In that case, the payment gateway and WooCommerce can help you to fix the issue. On Tutor, LMS enrolled functions check WooCommerce order status if the order status is Completed then the user gets access. So In that case the payment gateway and WooCommerce can help you to fix the issue.

The payment is on “Pending” not “Completed”. So it has something to do with Tutor plugin only right?

I can confirm this issue. Using Tutor 2.1.5, WooCommerce 7.1.0, WP 6.1.1.

The student gets access the moment they click on the “Place Order” button.

The WooCommerce Order Status is “Pending” and Tutor > Enrollment says: Status: “Approved”.

Who is giving this approval and on what basis? Feel free to share the hooks or the process. Happy to debug this. Lot’s getting free access.

Latest Woocommerce, WordPress, Tutor LMS & PHP 8.

But its funny here.

Not only @harinandananbs create topic issue with enrolle and payment.
But plugin support not aware about this issue.
