    Hello,

    On our marketplace we have a problem of dialogue between Viva Payments and WordPress / WooCommerce, when payments are made.
    On the back office WooCommerce orders are blocked with the status “Waiting payment” while on the Dashboard Viva Wallet the payment is in status “Succeeded”.
    To unlock the situation it is necessary each time to validate the order manually in the WooCommerce back office by changing its status to “In progress”.

    This is very embarrassing because the customer does not receive payment confirmation when he makes his purchase, and the seller does not see the order in his Back-Office WordPress.
    After a while, the status of the order changes to “Canceled”

    Do you have a solution ?

    Additionally,

    we suggest you verify that all of the url are correct and specifically the return urls you have entered in viva cause most likely this is what’s causing the problem.

    If somebody used the original plugin which appears to be no longer supported before switching to this up-to-date plugin, you must change the Success and Failure URL on https://members.vivawallet.com/ according to its instructions which is:
    wc-api/WC_Papaki_Vivapayments_Gateway

    @silviapalasca please check your success and failure urls in your viva admin panel.
    Your urls have to be one of the following options (if you have enabled or not permalink, you choose the proper one)

    RETURN URL FOR VIVA DASHBOARD
    yourdomainname.gr/wc-api/WC_Papaki_Vivapayments_Gateway

    or

    yourdomainname.gr?wc-api=WC_Papaki_Vivapayments_Gateway if permalinks are disabled.
