Payment pending in the WooCommerce Back-office

Hello,
On our marketplace we have a problem of dialogue between Viva Payments and WordPress / WooCommerce, when payments are made.
On the back office WooCommerce orders are blocked with the status “Waiting payment” while on the Dashboard Viva Wallet the payment is in status “Succeeded”.
To unlock the situation it is necessary each time to validate the order manually in the WooCommerce back office by changing its status to “In progress”.This is very embarrassing because the customer does not receive payment confirmation when he makes his purchase, and the seller does not see the order in his Back-Office WordPress.
After a while, the status of the order changes to “Canceled”Do you have a solution ?
