Payment Plans (not quite subscriptions)

We would like to sell registrations (for a sports league) and allow for various payment plans. It’s not really a subscription because it is a term of finite length and price is dependent on the plan. For example $20 monthly for 4 months, $10 bi-weekly for 8 weeks, $40 monthly for 2 months, etc.
Does WooCommerce or one of the addons handle this ?
