Payment PlugIn that pays % to site owner

hello there,
I have a WP directory site and i am looking for a payment plugin that allows me, the site owner, to charge an % for all users who sell (not pubblish as this is free) something though my directory site. The pubblishers should be able to use his own paypal account as do not like to collect payments for pubblishers. Is there any plugIn that can do this?
