    As discussed with you, there is some issue on your website, due to which JS code is causing the issue. This you can see in the console. Due to which “Add to cart” option is also not working. So, I think the issue with pop up box which you are facing might be also due to this JS error. Once you will fix JS issues, all the features should start working normally. If you will face issue even after that, feel free to contact us again. For now I am closing the ticket.
