Payment processing even though there are missing required fields

    Hi,

    I need help with the Woocommerce Paypal Payments plugin.

    I implemented it on my website https://hqtraffics.com

    Upon testing, even if i don’t fill the required fields, the payment would go through without any warning or notice.

    Normally the payment would only go to the Paypal page after all the required fields are already filled on checkout.

    Please kindly advise on how to solve the issue so it would trigger a warning if a client doesn’t fill the required fields, need to fill all the required fields first before the payment would go through and redirect to the PayPal page.

    Hi @xeniux,

    The PayPal popup window may open without the user providing any checkout details, but no payment will be captured unless the user provides all required checkout form fields.
    After confirming the payment in the popup window, the buyer would get to see the error messages about the missing fields.

    The behavior of the checkout validation will be improved in the future but it’s not causing any significant issues for the moment.
