    Hi

I’v read through all the other threads with similar titles and cannot find a solution for my problem.

Ever since the update I’ve lost my Apple Pay and now regular Stripe payment shows processing failed.

I’ve contacted my host and also Stripe and they advise the issue to be with the plugin.

    Can you guys help???

I’ve upgraded to the latest PHP as advised by my host. I did have problems with the web hook endpoint but have managed to resolve that with the upgrade.

I’m using a Site Origins template (Unwind) with Woo Commerce and very few plugins, other than Site Origin. I’ve disabled each plugin separately and also reverted to Storefront but the error remains.

I’d be VERY appreciative of any help!!!

    Kind regards,
    Gordie

  • I’m having the same issue. Help! Stripe payment failed.

Yes, getting the same issue as well.

I contacted Strip about this – because I initially thought it was a Stripe issue. They investigated the charge being created – it initially starts and creates a source, but doesn’t follow up with creating the charge.

Here’s a quote from the support chat I had with Stripe:

“It looks like the integration has changed how they’re sending the information over to Stripe, and aren’t completing the charge”

    Hoping WooCommerce fixes this asap!

    Hi @gordie77,

Can you please paste the stripe logs here? You can enable the logs by going to **WooCommerce >> Settings >> Checkout >> Stripe >> Logging** :

    https://cld.wthms.co/DejDRo

Once you have enabled the logs, please perform a test order and then post the logs here so that we can check what could be causing the behaviour?

    Cheers!

@gordie77 download a copy of Stripe from here https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe

Load it up to your site overwriting your current version and let me know if it resolves your issue.

Hey, Royho!! Thanks so much – it appears to be working with that version. ??

However (sorry!) the Apple Button is back but when it’s pressed, the information pops up but then disappears quite quickly without being able to complete.

I’ve checked my settings and can’t see anything obvious. Any ideas?

Stripe appears to be working as it should though – you LEGEND!

@gordie77 – so here is the message I see on your site https://cld.wthms.co/QKty8t

It means you have to register your domain on Stripe to be able to use Apple Pay. So you can follow that URL and do that. https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button#verifying-your-domain-with-apple-pay

Cool – thanks for the info! I did already register but I’ll redo since the new plugin has been installed and start over.

Really appreciate your help! Thanks, man.
