  • Can you see any relevant messages in error_log files?

    Can you confirm whether your setup has worked before and is up to date with latest versions of WordPress, plugins and API keys?

    yes, it was working before. everything is up to date.

    In order to troubleshoot this further, please do the following:

    • Share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > System Status > Logs**
    • Share a copy of the Stripe error logs as found under **WooCommerce > System Status > Logs**
    • Confirm whether you’ve already followed the setup & troubleshooting guide found at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe
