@hothuctam it’s not normal for transactions to take that long to process. This indicates that either there is a communication issue or a conflict on your site.
Can you please try temporarily using the un-edited Twenty Seventeen or Storefront themes.
If that doesn’t help please disable all plugins, except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe and try again.
If either of those steps help, you’ll know that a conflict is the cause of the problem. You can then begin reactivating everyone one at a time, until the problem returns. Once you’ve identified the cause of the problem, make sure that theme or plugin is up to date and then contact it’s developer.
Since these tests will impact the appearance and functionality of your site, we recommend doing them on a staging site. As always, you should make a backup of your site and database before making any changes on your site.
