    Hi there!

    So When customers place orders, a payment is made and the orders go on hold pending payment and the eventually end up cancelled in the abandoned cart.When we check Under orders the order says payment pending but has also landed in the abandon cart .Payfast did send mail to customer and to us but no notification from web site.The funds do go through to payfast.

    Please are you able to assist?

    This can happen if Instant Transaction Notification (ITN) isn’t enabled or if your site is blocking those requests from PayFast.

    Make sure you have an ITN on your PayFast account for https://domain.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_PayFast.

    If that doesn’t work, you can enable transaction logging under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayFast > Enable Logging. That will add logs that you can check under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Let us know if that gets it working or if you need help interpreting those logs!
