Payment reversed via IPN

From what I gather, this (IPN) issue is related with PayPal functionality.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

Once you have that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report.

This is quite weird as I am not seeing any PayPal Payments plugin present on your site based on your SSR but only these two above.

Can you please share with us a screenshot for this order so that we could check what payment gateway was used like the image below? This order was paid via the PayPal Payments plugin:

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, though this is quite vague as to what payment gateway was used for the transaction.

Inspecting your site, I can see the three payment gateways below:

Please share with us a screenshot under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments for us to check the enabled payment gateways.

Thank you for sharing further information on this. From what I gather, the PayPal Standard payment gateway is enabled and causing this issue.

Since WooCommerce version 5.5.0,?PayPal Standard is hidden for new installations. This change doesn’t affect existing stores. We strongly encourage everyone using PayPal standard to use the recommended?PayPal Payments?extension instead, which is our full-stack solution (credit card processing, PayPal checkout, subscriptions, pay later options, etc).
