Payment screen not comming

  • Hello,

    I want to integrate this plugin with contact form to receive the payment. But when i use this i am not able to see the payment form where i can input the card details and take the payment. The screenshot 3 in the screenshot section it is not coming on your demo as well. https://opensource.zealousweb.com/contact-form-7-elavon-converge/ . Please let me know how can i fix this, is i am doing any thing wrong in configuration.
